About this project: The Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation's (DCR) Office of Resilience Planning needed to engage local communities to involve them in state-wide and regional flood resilience planning initiatives. Our first step was to develop an extensive brand guide for DCR creating their communication style from the ground up.
